Our office is located in Santoshi Sadan, which is on Road No 11 in New Maruthi Nagar. It’s a quiet part of Hyderabad, even if the mail sometimes says Uttar Pradesh for some reason. We share the space with Shaik Vali at house number 1-5-207/1. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s a practical space where we handle student consultancy work. If you’re looking for someone to help with study abroad documents, that’s us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through applications. There’s a lot of back and forth with the universities, so there’s never a dull moment. We started this because we saw how confused people were about the whole process. Now, we just do it day in and day out. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who actually care about getting the details right. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don’t do much advertising. We just stay here in Maruthi Nagar and do the work. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or corporate layers. It works for the students and it works for us.
