We’re based in Ashwini Layout, which is a part of Jubilee Hills. Our office is at Plot No 38, H.No 8-2-293/AL/38. It’s a decent area, though it’s gotten a lot busier over the last few years. Hyndava Projects is just a small group of us working in construction and development. Our office isn't some high-tech space. It’s mostly just desks piled high with blueprints and legal documents. We’ve been working in the Hyderabad real estate scene for a long time. We know how hard it can be to get things finished on time. We spend most of our day talking to contractors and checking on various project sites. It can be quite a headache when a delivery doesn't show up or when the rain stops work for a few days. We usually grab lunch at a small tiffin center nearby. We talk about the projects, but also about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be a huge corporate entity. We just want to build stuff that lasts and keep our clients from getting stressed out. The office stays open late most nights because there’s always something that needs sorting. We try to be very straightforward with everyone we deal with. If a project has a delay, we just say it. There’s no point in making up excuses. It’s a tough business, but we’ve stuck with it because it’s what we know how to do.
