Our little corner of the world is in Telaprolu, which falls under the Unguturu mandal here in the Krishna district. We are set up at a place that folks associate with Nagaraju and Satyanarayana. It’s a small operation for Hyderabad Industries Pvt. Ltd., but we stay busy. Being out in this part of Andhra Pradesh means things move at their own pace, which is fine by us. We aren't in a big city center with skyscrapers. Instead, we are surrounded by more familiar, local sights. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers. We handle things as they come. If someone needs something, they usually just drop by or give us a call on the landline. We don't spend money on big advertisements because people in the district already know where we are. It’s a bit of an older style of working, I suppose. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the shop down the road. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, so we usually start early to get the heavy lifting done. There’s no corporate manual on how to talk to people here. We just treat everyone like a neighbor because most of the time, they are. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra noise that you find in the bigger towns.
