Pavan Engineering Works

We’ve been here at Plot No 47 in Akshaya Enclave for quite some time now. Balanagar is a busy spot, and Sobhana Colony has its own rhythm that we’ve just become part of. Most days start early with the gates opening and the smell of grease and metal filling the air. Pavan Engineering Works isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything. It’s just a solid workshop where we get things done. You’ll usually find a few of us standing around a machine or checking some parts that arrived late. The traffic around Hyderabad can be a real headache, especially getting into Balanagar in the mornings, but we manage. We’ve got some old desks in the corner and a lot of tools scattered where they shouldn't be, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit noisy when the machines are running, and the tea guy comes by around eleven which is usually the highlight of the morning. People around here know us by name, and we know the neighbors too. It’s not about being the biggest or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in the rain, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve stayed at this same spot because it works for us and the space is enough for what we do.
