Hyd-Al (India) Industries

We are located at Plot No. 20 in the I.D.A. Mallapur area of Hyderabad. It’s a typical industrial layout where every building looks a bit like the next one. Hyd-Al (India) Industries is basically a large shed where we do all our manufacturing work. It gets quite hot in Mallapur, especially in the summer, so the overhead fans are always running at full speed. We don't have a lot of office staff; most of us are usually out on the production floor checking on the materials. The yard is usually full of raw supplies waiting to be moved inside. We have a small corner for the computer and the files, but it’s mostly just a workspace. The gates are usually open to let some air in, and you can hear the sounds of the other factories nearby. We don't really do anything to make the place look pretty for visitors. It’s a functional space designed for work, with concrete floors and high ceilings. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well and have seen it grow over the years. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking the inventory and making sure the machines are oiled. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed to get the jobs finished. It’s a quiet, steady life in the industrial estate, and we prefer it that way without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk about things we don't do.
