Human Connect

Human Connect is located in Nellore, over at the Amaramohan Rao Apartments in Kamakshi Nagar, Santhapet. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and chairs where we handle our daily business. Santhapet is a busy area, but once you get inside the apartment complex, it’s much more peaceful. We don't have any large signs outside, just a small one so people don't get lost. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone or meeting them in person to discuss their needs. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to act like we’re a huge multinational. It’s just a local operation. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of being in Nellore. We keep some fans going to deal with the heat. It’s a very practical space. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as direct as possible with everyone. It’s not a complicated life here at the apartments. Just work and some good conversation now and then. We hope to stay here for a long time.
