Hsbc

The Hsbc place is at E 111 18, Sector H in Aliganj, Lucknow. It’s a well-known area in Uttar Pradesh and we’ve been based here for some time now. The office is pretty standard for this part of town. We have a small entrance and a couple of rooms where we keep our equipment and files. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes because we have so many boxes stored away. Lucknow is a city with a lot of history, and you can feel it even in the residential sectors like Aliganj. We don't really go in for the modern, minimalist look. Our desks are old and heavy, and we have plenty of notebooks scattered around. We prefer writing things down sometimes. It feels more solid. The power goes out occasionally, so we have a backup system to keep the computers running. It’s just part of life here. We don't have a big corporate banner outside. People usually find us by the house number. We handle the daily workload as it comes. Some days the phone won't stop ringing, and other days it is completely silent. We don't mind either way. We just keep moving forward with whatever needs to be finished. It’s a honest day’s work for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. That is pretty much the whole story of our office.
