You can find Hsbc at Hno 22 32 2 in R K Nagar, which is part of the Malkajgiri and Safilguda area. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad. Our office is inside a house, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a standard office block. We use the front rooms for most of our work. The walls are painted a light cream color, though there are some scuff marks near the floor from moving furniture around. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that do their best during the summer months. It gets quite warm in Andhra Pradesh, as everyone knows. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual daily tasks. It’s not anything exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like things done. There isn’t much of a hierarchy here. We all just pitch in. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If there’s a big project, we all sit around the big table in the middle. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s fairly quiet in the afternoons. We like being part of the local scene here in R K Nagar. It feels right. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the work.
