Our Hsbc workplace is Flat 402 in Kaveri Enclave. It’s located in Alapattinagar, which is in the Mehdipatnam area of Hyderabad. Being on the fourth floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. It’s a busy neighborhood, always something happening on the streets below. We use this space for our daily bank operations. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We have a routine that we stick to every day. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to be clear and helpful when someone comes in with a query. Most of our work involves checking records and processing requests. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we just work around it. People from around Mehdipatnam know where we are. We don’t do a lot of advertising. We just rely on being here consistently and doing the work that’s expected of us. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. It’s just where we work and we like the location well enough for what we do. We try to be useful to the people who stop by without making things complicated.
