We are set up at Plot No 30 in Phase 3 of Bhavana Enclave. It is right near Center Point in Bowenpally, so it’s a pretty decent spot for an office. The area is mostly quiet which helps us get things done without too much distraction. We just call the business Hr. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that companies need help with, like sorting out personnel files and making sure everyone is getting paid what they should be. It’s a lot of staring at screens and filling out forms, honestly. Our office isn't very large but it fits what we need. There’s a small area where people can sit and wait if they have an appointment. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the gate. Living and working in Secunderabad has its own pace. Sometimes we have to run around to different offices, but mostly we are right here at Bhavana Enclave. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the morning. We try to stay organized but sometimes the paperwork gets the better of us. It is just a small team here. We don't make any big promises, we just try to get the tasks finished by the end of the week. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work out for everyone involved. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day without much fuss.
