Hr Talent

We are based in KPHB, specifically at Flat No 207 in the Prabhat Signature building. It is quite close to the Kala Mandir landmark, so it is easy for people to find us once they get into Sathavahana Nagar. Hr Talent is mostly about being on the phone or sitting at computers looking through lists of names and resumes. The office is a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of typing or someone explaining a job role to a candidate. We see a lot of people coming in for interviews, looking a bit nervous or hopeful. KPHB is a very fast-moving area with a lot of traffic and people, so our office feels like a little bit of a retreat from the noise outside. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that are probably too full, and a small area where people can wait. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time talking to different companies and trying to understand what they are looking for. Sometimes the days feel long when we have a lot of positions to fill, and the coffee machine gets a lot of use. We just focus on the tasks at hand, checking emails and making sure we haven't missed any messages. It is a straightforward way to spend the day in this part of town.
