Our office, Hr Recruitmentit, is at Hno 5 4 798 in Bhulaxminagar, which is part of Vanasthali Puram in Hyderabad. It is a more residential part of town, so things are a bit more relaxed here. We handle recruitment, often for roles related to technology, but we don't limit ourselves to just that. The office is basically a small room where we keep our computers and files. I spend most of my time online or on the phone, looking for candidates who have the right skills for the jobs we have open. It is a lot of searching and a lot of conversations. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a small operation that focuses on getting the work done. I think being in Vanasthali Puram makes us more approachable for people who live on this side of Hyderabad. They can just drop by and have a chat without it being a big formal thing. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like we are some huge agency. We just look at what a person can do and try to find a company that needs those skills. It is straightforward and we try to be as helpful as we can without making empty promises. We just keep at it every day, slowly building up our lists and helping people find their next job. It is honest work for us.
