Ameerpet is a crazy place to be in if you are in the recruitment business. Our office is right here in the middle of all the coaching centers and hostels. If you step outside, you see thousands of students and job seekers everywhere. At Hr Recruiter, we are right in the thick of it. The noise from the traffic and the metro construction is always there in the background. We spend our whole day talking to people who have come to Hyderabad from all over the country. They want to learn software or find their first job. Our space is crowded with files and chairs for people waiting to talk to us. It is not very fancy, just a room with some desks and computers. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for people to find us. Lunch is usually a quick biryani from one of the stalls nearby. We work long hours because the candidates are always around. It is a bit chaotic, but that is just how Ameerpet is. You can't really avoid the energy of this place. We try to help as many people as we can find a decent start. It is hard work and sometimes we get tired of the heat and the crowds. But we keep coming back every morning. There is always someone new looking for a chance, and we are here to listen and see what we can do for them. It is a non-stop process that keeps us busy.
