Hr Recriter

We are located in Ravinuthala, which is in the Korisapadu Mandal of Prakasam District in Andhra Pradesh. My name is K. Poorna and I work here with D. O. Kramanjaneyulu. This is a small place, quite far from the big city lights of Vijayawada or Guntur. At Hr Recriter, we mostly deal with people looking for opportunities. Our office is simple, just like the town. There is a lot of farming around here, so things are quiet until the market days. We sit at our desks and try to connect people with jobs. The address is easy to find if you know the area. It’s not like those big air-conditioned offices you see on TV. We have fans and open windows. The dust comes in sometimes, but that’s just how it is. We spend our mornings checking messages and our afternoons meeting anyone who drops by. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to the cities, but we like it that way. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood. When someone gets a job, it feels real because we know their family. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. It's just us, some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of phone calls. We just want to help the people around here get ahead a little bit. It is honest work and we do our best with what we have here. There is always a lot of paperwork to get through before the sun goes down.
