Horizonreach Management Consultants is located on the first floor of a house in Ganesh Nagar. It's in the Chintal area of Hyderabad, specifically house number 48-323. We aren't in one of those shiny high-rise buildings you see in the tech parks. We prefer being here in a more residential setting. It’s quieter, except for the occasional street noise. We spend our time consulting on management stuff, which basically means a lot of meetings and looking at spreadsheets. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office is just a regular floor of a house converted into a workspace. We have some chairs, a few big tables, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around business problems. We don't use big words to sound smart. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to figure out where their business is stuck. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there’s a big project, and other times we finish early. It’s a flexible way of working. We’ve been in Chintal for a while now, so we know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. It’s a simple setup for a serious job, and it works for us and the people we help.
