Honer Techparks is our company name and we focus on managing these large spaces. KRB Towers is a fairly big building and we have our office right inside it. It is not a fancy corporate palace; it is just a place where we manage the various aspects of the tech park. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, from maintenance schedules to lease agreements. The area around Jubilee Enclave is constantly changing with new roads and buildings. Our office is usually full of people coming in to talk about space or repairs. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of blueprints for the different plots we manage. Madhapur is always humming with noise and activity. We spend our mornings checking the site and the rest of the day in the office handling the logistics. It is a lot of work to keep everything running properly, but we just take it one day at a time.
