You can find us at KRB Towers in Jubilee Enclave, right in the heart of the Madhapur area. It’s a pretty big plot where we have our setup, covering plots 1 through 4A. Honer Realty is basically a team of people who spend their days looking at land and building plans. We’re located near all the tech hubs in Hyderabad, so it gets very busy and noisy around here. The office is often full of people coming in for meetings or just checking on things. We don't really go for the polished corporate look; we just have what we need to get the job done. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of files on every flat surface. Madhapur has changed so much since we started, and it’s interesting being right in the middle of it. We deal with survey numbers and plot layouts all day long. It’s a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but it's what we do. Our staff is mostly local people who know the 500081 zip code inside and out. We aren't fancy, just a group working on real estate projects. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have several projects going at once, but we manage to find what we need. If you drop by, you'll see we're just regular people working hard. We’ve been at this for a bit and we just take it one day at a time, trying to stay ahead of the deadlines and the heat.
