Honer Housing Llp is based in KRB Towers over in Madhapur. We occupy a few plots there, specifically 1, 2, 3, 4, and 4A in Jubilee Enclave. It’s a big spot in a busy part of Hyderabad. Being in the 500081 zip code means we’re surrounded by tech parks and high-rises. It’s a lot different than it used to be twenty years ago. Our office is always buzzing with activity because housing is a fast-paced business. We have engineers coming in and out, and there’s always a stack of documents waiting for a signature. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate hierarchy much. We all just pitch in where we’re needed. Some days I’m looking at site plans, and other days I’m helping sort out a delivery issue. We try to keep things grounded and realistic. Building a house is a big deal for whoever is going to live there, so we try not to mess around. We’ve got a lot of files from over the years, and our shelves are pretty crowded. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we’re building and when it’ll be ready. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. We just focus on the construction and leave the fancy talk to other people.
