We’ve got our office set up in KPHB 5th Phase, near Huda Park. The address is 15 13 1/ Hiv V95. It’s a nice area with families walking in the park nearby, which makes the work day feel a little more peaceful. We’re a small group of developers who really just like building houses. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge board of directors. It’s just us here, making decisions and trying to get the builds finished on time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or standing out in the sun at a construction site. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on emails or looking over some new sketches. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We try to keep things easy for the people who buy from us. We know that buying a home is a big deal, so we don't use a lot of confusing jargon. We just talk about the bricks, the wood, and the layout. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and other days we might head out early if the work is done. It’s a flexible, human way of running things. We just want to make sure the homes we put up are solid and that we’re being fair with everyone. Our desk chairs are a bit squeaky and the printer jams sometimes, but we make it work. It's a real business.
