We are located at NMR Diya Residency, specifically in Flat No 101. The building is over in Vinayak Nagar, Hafeezpet, covering Plot Nos 39 to 46. It’s a fairly busy area, and finding the right entrance can be a little tricky the first time you visit. Our office is more like a workspace than a showroom. You’ll see plenty of files, half-empty water bottles, and maybe a few stray pens lying around. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for some time, and we’ve seen how much Hafeezpet has grown. It’s gone from a quiet spot to a place where there is always something being built. We spend our days coordinating between different sites and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't bother with fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at a desk, ready to have a chat about whatever project is currently on the table. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down, though it’s hard when the phones are ringing off the hook. We just take it one day at a time, trying to handle the chaos of the local real estate world without losing our heads. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and get things done.
