We are located in Tanasha Nagar, in the Pokalwada area of Manikonda. Our office is on the second floor of Plot No. HIG-74. It’s a part of Hyderabad that has seen a lot of growth lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. We work as developers, and most of our time is spent managing projects and making sure things are moving forward at the sites. We don't use any corporate jargon or marketing talk. Our approach is very straightforward and honest. The work is often difficult and involves a lot of coordinating between different people. We don't have a fancy showroom or a bunch of receptionists. It’s just us in a practical office space, surrounded by blueprints and site photos. We know the Rangareddi area well and we understand the challenges of building here. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or other issues, and we just have to be upfront about that. We don't have a grand mission statement. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the job done. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a while. We don't spend money on big ads because we’d rather focus on the projects themselves. It’s a very grounded way of doing business, and it’s served us well so far.
