New Elpar Mens Designer & Textiles is at 3-6-147/A in Himayat Nagar. If you know the area, you know it is one of the busiest spots around with people constantly walking by. Our shop is filled with rolls of fabric and various textiles piled up on the counters. It is a bit of a maze sometimes when we get new stock in. We have these large tables where we spread out the cloth to measure and cut it. The lighting is quite bright so we can see the patterns clearly, but it can get a bit warm under all those bulbs. There is always the sound of scissors cutting through fabric or the hum of a sewing machine from the back. We don't have a lot of fancy displays, just the materials and the tools of the trade. The floor is usually covered in small scraps of thread and cloth by the end of the afternoon. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in looking for something specific for a suit. It is a lot of standing and moving around. Himayat Nagar has a lot of energy, and we feel like we are right in the middle of it. It is a bit messy and crowded, but that is just how a textile shop usually is. We have been here a while and the routine stays pretty much the same. Most of us have been here for years, so we know where every single roll is hidden.
