Himams Builders & Developers Llp is right in the middle of Himayathnagar. You can find us at 3-6-547/1, on the 4th Floor of a building on Street No. 7. We are very close to the post office, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Himayathnagar is always crowded, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the traffic. We do building and development work, which means our office is usually full of blueprints and site reports. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the planning stages of our projects are moving along. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we can meet and get things sorted. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to from almost anywhere in the city. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make sure they are handled properly. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s just how things are when you’re running a business in a busy part of town like this. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
