Our office is located at Villa No. 35 in Whisper Valley. It’s over in Raidurga, which is part of the Serlingampally area. Hilika Infra Developers Private Limited is run from here. Being in a villa makes the work day feel a bit different than being in a tall office block. We spend our time planning out infrastructure and development projects. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and site visits. Whisper Valley is a nice spot, though it’s getting more crowded these days. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group that knows how to get things built. Sometimes we stay late into the night trying to get a proposal finished. We have a small garden area where we take breaks. It helps to clear the head. We don't use any corporate buzzwords. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and deadlines. That’s what matters to us. Most of our work is around the Serlingampally side of the city. We’ve seen a lot of growth here lately. It’s a busy time to be in the development business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s practical work for practical people. The driveway is usually full of bikes and the occasional delivery truck. We have a small kitchen where someone is always making tea. It’s a bit messy with all the architectural drawings, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the building projects that need our attention.
