Highq Software Services Private Limited is based out of My Home Avatar, which is a big apartment complex in Narsingi. We are in Tower II, Flat No 1706. It is pretty high up so the view is okay, you can see a lot of the Puppalaguda area from here. Working from a residential tower is a bit different than a regular office building. It’s a lot quieter and you don't have the same noise from the street. We do software services, mostly just sitting at our desks and working through lists of tasks. Sometimes the elevators take a long time in the morning when everyone is trying to leave for school or work. We usually eat lunch in the kitchen area. There are a few of us here every day. We don't have any flashy signs or posters on the walls. It is just a place where we get our work done. Narsingi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up. It used to be much more empty. Now there is traffic even here. We try to keep things relaxed. If a meeting runs long, we just grab some more coffee. It is not a very formal environment. We just focus on the software side of things and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated. Being in Hyderabad is good for this kind of work because everything you need is nearby, from stores to food.
