We are based over at H.No.8-2-277/45 on Road No.3 in the U.B.I Colony area of Banjara Hills. Highladder Software Solutions Private Limited has been running from this spot for a little while now. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, but our specific street stays relatively calm. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist to greet you at the door. It’s usually just one of us who hears the knock and comes to answer it. Our daily routine is mostly writing code and fixing software bugs for different businesses that reach out to us. We aren't fans of those long corporate meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just talk over our desks about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The furniture in here is a bit mismatched, and we’ve got wires running all over the place, but it works for us. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is so bad it takes forever to get in, but once we are here, we just focus on the screens. We are just a group of regular people who happen to be good with technology. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated values. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the doors open. It’s a simple life, and we like the work we do. Most of our clients found us through friends. We try to keep some fresh coffee going throughout the afternoon.
