High Q Builders & Consultants Privatelimited is located at 22-3-626/A/5 on the Mir Alam Mandi Main Road. Being situated in Purani Haveli means we are in a very busy part of Hyderabad. The traffic is always something else around here, and it can be a real struggle just to get the supply trucks through the narrow streets. We handle building work and do some consulting on the side for people who aren't sure how to start their projects. It is a small team working out of this office. We usually have people dropping by to talk about their house plans or asking for advice on what materials to use. The office isn't fancy, just a functional space to get the paperwork done and meet with the guys from the work sites. We have seen the city change a lot from this window. Many old buildings are being fixed up and new ones are being squeezed in wherever there is a bit of room left. We handle the practical side of things, like foundations and permits. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of city regulations or delivery delays, but we just keep at it. Most of our clients are local people from the neighborhood. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have our name on the board outside and we do the work as it comes to us.
