Our office is up on the 8th floor of the 3rd Block in My Home Hub. It’s right in the middle of Hi-Tech City, Madhapur. You can find us at #1-123. Being in this part of Hyderabad means things are always moving fast. Hethiraj Developers Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just a group of regular people working on development projects. We spend a lot of time looking out the windows at the traffic below while we discuss our next steps. It’s a busy building, and sometimes the elevators take forever, but we like being where the action is. We aren't into using big words or pretending to be something we’re not. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with being in the construction and development business. Most of our time is spent on calls or in meetings, trying to keep everything on schedule. It can be stressful, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Madhapur has changed so much since we first arrived here; it’s almost unrecognizable now. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. The 500081 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. We don't have a marketing department to write this, so it’s just one of us typing this out. It’s just us, doing our thing in the city.
