HEPSI INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Padmarao Nagar. We are on the first floor of BABUKHAN PROPERTIES at Flat No. 101. It’s an older building but it has character. You can find us at H.NO. 6-1-22. Being in Hyderabad-500025 means we are right in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. There is always something happening outside on the street. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks and a lot of files. Since we do infra projects, there’s always maps or plans lying around somewhere. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We aren't the type to have a polished lobby or anything. We prefer just getting straight to the point with our work. Most of the staff has been here for a while. We know each other's habits and how we like our coffee. The walk up to the first floor is short, which is good because the stairs can be a bit steep. Padmarao Nagar has a lot of history and we feel like we fit right in. We just handle our daily tasks and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s a busy life but it is honest work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just look at the plans and see what needs to be done next. It’s a steady pace here and we like it that way.
