Our office is at H No 5 351 in Surya Nagar, which is over in Old Alwal. It is a house turned into a workspace, so it has a very homey feel to it. You might even miss it if you aren't looking closely at the numbers on the gates. We have got a small garden out front that I try to keep alive, but the heat makes it tough. Inside, it is mostly desks and stacks of folders everywhere. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything flashy. Old Alwal is a nice part of town, a bit slower than the city center. We spend our days coordinating projects and talking to contractors. Most of the time, I am wearing my old boots because I am heading out to a site soon anyway. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just some instant packets and a hot plate. It is a practical setup for people who actually work. There is no HR department or big management levels here. If you need something, you just ask whoever is sitting nearest to the door. We have been in Surya Nagar for a bit now and we like the local vibe. It feels more like a community than a business district. We just keep our heads down and handle the infrastructure work that comes our way. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do for a living. It works for us.
