Hearthstone Developers Private Limited is located at Plot No:6 in Sri Malani Colony. This is over in the Tarbund area of Secunderabad, which feels quite different from the newer parts of Hyderabad. It’s more of a settled, older neighborhood. Our office is a pretty standard setup. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has a lived-in feel to it. There’s a lot of history in these streets around Tarbund. We work on various development projects from this base. The office itself isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got desks, some old cupboards for files, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing all the time. We start the day fairly early before the traffic on the main road gets too bad. Being in Secunderabad means we are close to a lot of our older connections. The colony is generally quiet during the day while everyone is at work. We mostly just focus on getting our plans approved and making sure the construction sites are running smoothly. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking over documents. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the jobs done. When the weather is nice, we might sit outside for a bit, but mostly we are inside working through the list of tasks. It’s a steady pace, nothing too frantic, just honest work in a part of town we know well and enjoy being in.
