Havisha Spaces Private Limited

Our office is located over in Pragathi Nagar, specifically in Flat No. 202 at Poojitha Residency. It is a very busy part of Kukatpally, so there is always a lot of traffic and general noise outside. We have been working under the name Havisha Spaces Private Limited for some time now. Dealing with spaces and building stuff keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. You can find us on the second floor if you are looking for the office. We chose this spot on Plot No. 293, 294, and 295 because it's central for the kind of work we do around Hyderabad. Most of the time, we are either answering phone calls or looking at floor plans on our old computers. It isn't a huge team, but we manage to get through the work. Sometimes we have meetings right in the flat when clients come by to see how their projects are coming along. Pragathi Nagar has changed a lot lately, and we have seen many new buildings go up all around us. We just focus on our own tasks and try to make sure everything stays on track. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don’t go for anything too flashy, just a functional space where we can sit and get the job done. If you are in the area, you will probably see our sign. We are just local people trying to handle property work.
