You can find Harinda Constructions Private Limited over in Madhapur which is the heart of the tech area in Hyderabad. We are located in Flat No. 101 in the Vayu Block of the My Home Nawadeepa complex. It’s a nice enough place but our office is quite simple despite being in such a busy part of town. We don't have the glass cabins or the fancy lights that the IT companies nearby have. We just have some desks and a lot of engineering drawings. Our work is all about construction and we spend most of our time coordinating with the people on the sites. Being in Madhapur means we see a lot of change every day and it keeps us busy. We have a small team of people who have been doing this for years. We aren't interested in making big corporate presentations. We would rather be out checking the foundation or seeing if the bricks are the right quality. There is always someone coming in or out of the flat with some news from a project. We drink a lot of tea and we talk about the weather and how it might slow down the work. It is a very normal way of working. We don't use any slogans or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the building projects and try to get things done according to the plan we have on the desk.
