Haridra Constructions Llp is up on the 5th floor of Fortune Residency. We’re in Flat No. 501, right in Kavuri Hills, Madhapur. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes when everyone is coming in at once. Our office covers Plots 246 and 255, so there's enough room for the team to spread out their drawings. Madhapur is always noisy with traffic, but once you get inside and start looking at construction plans, you sort of tune it out. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on material costs. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Being in Kavuri Hills puts us close to a lot of other businesses, which is handy. Most of our day is spent making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do, we just build things. Some of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen how things change. We just keep things simple and honest. If a project is running behind, we deal with it. If it’s on track, we move to the next thing. The view from the 5th floor is alright, but we’re usually too busy looking at blueprints to notice. It’s just a regular office where we try to get things right. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when the whole crew is in, but it works. We’ve had a few rainy weeks lately that slowed things down on the plots, so we’ve been catching up on the admin side.
