Hari Engineering Works

Hari Engineering Works is located at Plot No. L-183 in Kattledan. We’re pretty easy to find because we are right near the Murli Hotel. Most people just use the hotel as a landmark when they’re coming to see us for the first time. This is an engineering shop, so it’s naturally full of metal scraps, machines, and the smell of oil and grease. It’s definitely not a clean office environment with air conditioning. We’ve got a few guys who really know their way around the lathes and welding machines. We don’t spend any money on fancy decorations or expensive branding. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is just plain concrete, but it’s where the actual work happens. We take on various jobs, mostly whatever people in the neighborhood need fixing or making out of metal. It gets quite loud during the day with the grinding and cutting, so conversation is usually short and to the point. We take our breaks when we can, often grabbing a quick bite to eat near the hotel or at a local stall. It’s a local business, through and through. We don't have any big corporate goals or vision statements. We just want to do a decent job on the parts we’re working on today. If the machine works properly and the customer is satisfied, then that’s a good day for us. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just how engineering is. We’ve been at this plot for years.
