Hardware Engineer

You can find me over at Sri Ganesh Lodge, specifically in Room No. 25. It’s on the 4th Main, 7th Cross in N. R Colony, which is a pretty active part of Bangalore. Being a Hardware Engineer in this spot means I'm right in the middle of everything. It’s not a traditional office building, but Room 25 works for what I do. I’ve got my testing equipment set up along the walls and enough power strips to keep everything running. The 560019 area has its own vibe, and being tucked away in the lodge gives me a bit of quiet to focus on intricate repairs. I don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone needs me, they just come to the room. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, but I don't mind it. Most of my day is spent hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron. I deal with all sorts of hardware issues, from simple loose connections to more annoying motherboard failures. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts up, but mostly it's just me and the hum of the equipment. It’s a bit of an unconventional setup, I suppose, but it's practical. I have my routine, my favorite coffee spot nearby, and enough work to keep me busy until late. Bangalore is a big city, but N. R Colony feels like its own little world.
