Hardware And Networking is a small operation that I started a while back. I don't have a big storefront with a neon sign or anything like that. Mostly, I work through my email, which is vivek loves341 at yahoo dot com. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some people, but it’s how I’ve always kept track of things. I spend my days fixing computers and setting up routers for folks who live nearby. It started as a hobby because I liked taking things apart, and then people began asking for help with their own stuff. I don't have a team of technicians; it is just me. I carry my tools in a bag and go where I am needed. Sometimes I'm working at someone’s kitchen table and other times I’m tucked in a corner of a small office. The name is pretty straightforward because that is exactly what I do. I deal with the physical parts and getting the internet to actually work. I don't use a lot of technical talk when I’m explaining what’s wrong. I just try to fix it so people can get back to what they were doing. It’s not a fancy business, and I don't have a website with a lot of clicks. People just pass my email around when their laptop breaks or the Wi-Fi stops reaching the back room. It’s been a steady way to make a living and I enjoy the puzzle of it.
