It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. You have to take the lift up to the third floor to find us. T. Balasubrahmanyam is the one who handles a lot of the things here. Being in a colony means we know the neighbors and the people selling vegetables on the corner nearby. Our work is mostly online, so we spend a lot of time staring at computer screens and typing away at our keyboards. It can get a bit cramped in the flat when everyone is working at the same time, but we make it work. The fan is almost always running because it gets so warm in this part of Hyderabad. We have our desks set up where there is space. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here.
