HANVIKA PROJECTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Hanvika Projects is located in Secunderabad. We’re at Plot No. 8 in Vijaya Nagar Colony, right on Picket Road. Picket is a familiar area for most people around here. This is a One Person Company, so it’s a very direct way of working. I handle most of the project management myself from this office. The space is practical. It has what I need to keep things moving. I don't believe in having a big, empty office just for show. There’s a lot of coordination involved in projects, from getting permits to managing the actual work on site. It’s a lot for one person sometimes, but it keeps things simple. No layers of management to deal with. Vijaya Nagar Colony is a decent place to be based. I’ve been in Secunderabad for a long time and know how things work here. Most of my day is spent either on the phone or out at different sites. The paperwork side of the business happens here at the desk. It’s a lot of details to keep track of. Telangana has a lot of rules for construction, so I spend a fair amount of time making sure everything is in order. It’s honest work. Nothing too flashy, just getting projects done one at a time. If you’re around Picket Road, that’s where you’ll find the office. I usually have a fan running to beat the heat.
