Habsiguda is where we call home, specifically over on Street No. 8. Being Sai Sandeep Developers means we spend a lot of our time looking at land and thinking about how to put buildings on it. It’s not always easy. There are permits to figure out and rainy days that slow everything down. We’ve been in this Hyderabad neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit. Our office is a practical space. It’s where the maps are kept and where we sit down to drink coffee and talk about budgets. We aren't big on flashy advertisements. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. We take the work as it comes. Building things takes a lot of patience, and we have plenty of that. Sometimes we are out on a site getting dusty, and other times we are just here at the desk making phone calls to suppliers. It’s a routine that we’ve grown used to. Street No. 8 is usually quiet enough to get some thinking done, which helps when you’re trying to plan out a new structure. We don’t claim to be the biggest outfit in town, but we show up and do the job. That’s really the main thing for us. Keeping it local and keeping it simple is how we prefer to run things day in and day out.
