Mostly, we just have our desks, some chairs, and some old files. It’s a working environment, plain and simple. We usually have some tea together in the afternoons and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a very local way of doing things. Being in a residential-style building makes it feel less like a cold corporate office and more like a place where real people actually work. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or modern art. We just focus on the stuff we have to get done by the end of the day. It’s a busy life here in Telangana, but it’s how we like it.
