We aren't some giant corporation with floors of glass offices. We’re just a small team operating out of this flat. It’s got a kitchen, a few desks, and plenty of wires running around. We spend our days coding and talking through project requirements. Sometimes we lose track of time when we’re deep into a problem. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which helps when you need to think. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. We’ve found that being in Hydersha Kote works well for us because it’s accessible but tucked away. We focus on getting the work done right rather than trying to impress people with a shiny office. It’s a practical setup for a tech company like ours. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a good routine.
