You can find Green City Sreenivasa Estates Llp at 302, Sree Durga Towers. We are located on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known part of town, and Sree Durga Towers is pretty easy to spot once you are on the right road. Our office is on the third floor, and it’s a typical professional space but without any of the fancy decorations. We have a few rooms where we handle the estate side of things. Most of the day is spent talking to clients on the phone or meeting with people who want to discuss property details. Banjara Hills is always humming with traffic and noise, but inside the office, it’s relatively calm. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep a lot of records and files about the different estates we manage, so there are shelves everywhere. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of stationary, just like any other small office. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything is in order. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. It is what it is—a local office in a busy part of Hyderabad. We usually keep the blinds drawn in the afternoon to block the sun.
