Our place, Graviola Organic And Pharming India Pvt Ltd, is over at 2-6-14, Laxmi Nagar in Kondapur. It’s a bit of a mix here between growing things and handling more technical stuff. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The name sounds a bit formal, but we are really just a group of people who care about how things are grown. Kondapur has gotten really busy lately, but Laxmi Nagar still feels like a proper neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time looking at plants and trying to figure out the best ways to keep them healthy without using bad stuff. It’s not always a clean job; there is a lot of mud and water involved most days. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a working space where we keep our tools and notes. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we are trying to get a new batch of plants started. We all chip in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s moving bags of soil or answering the phone. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and stay honest about how we do it. If someone asks us about our plants, we just tell them the truth about what works and what doesn't. We like being right here in Kondapur, close to the people we serve every day.
