Grasim Industries, Ultratech

Our office is located at H-No 2-3-104 in Shantinagar Colony, which is in the Uppal area of Hyderabad. We handle the Ultratech side of the operations from here. It’s a regular house-turned-office setup, which makes it feel a bit more like a local business than a big corporation. We deal with a lot of the local contractors and builders who are working on projects around Uppal and the nearby suburbs. The day usually starts with a lot of phone calls to coordinate the deliveries. Hyderabad’s traffic can be really difficult to predict, so we spend a good amount of time looking at maps and talking to our drivers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep the files and have a cup of tea between tasks. We don't really bother with promotional stuff; we just try to be reliable so people keep coming back. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve grown to know the local area very well over the years. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the stock levels are right and the invoices are clear. It gets pretty busy, especially when there’s a lot of new construction happening nearby. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
