Granules India Ltd. is over in Madhapur at My Home Hub. We are specifically on the 2nd floor of the 3rd Block. It’s a big office complex, so it’s a bit different from a small shop on the street. There are a lot of people coming and going every day. Inside, it looks like a typical workplace with rows of desks, computers, and people in meetings. We work on things related to the pharmaceutical world, but the day-to-day is mostly emails and paperwork. Madhapur is always crowded with traffic, so most of us are just trying to get in and out of the building on time. The office is spacious, which is nice when things get busy. There’s a lot of focus on the technical details of what we produce. It’s a corporate environment, sure, but the people working here are just regular folks. We have our coffee breaks and chat about the weekend like anyone else. Being in My Home Hub means we are right in the middle of everything. You can see the other blocks from our windows. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments to get things moving. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just focus on getting the tasks done. It’s a steady pace of work. Even though it’s a large company, each floor feels like its own little community where everyone eventually knows each other’s names and their favorite lunch spots nearby.
