Gradient Technologies

Gradient Technologies is situated over in Shapur Nagar in Hyderabad. If you know this area, you know it is very industrial and busy. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the distance. It is not a place for people who want a quiet, leafy office. It is dusty and the air often smells like metal or exhaust from all the nearby workshops. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We have a few rooms with basic desks and some old chairs we found. The floor is just plain concrete and we do not have any fancy carpets or decorations on the walls. We spend our days working on projects and trying to stay cool when the sun is beating down on the roof. The power can be a bit unreliable in Shapur Nagar, so we have a small generator that kicks in with a loud roar whenever the lights flicker out. We mostly eat our lunch at our desks or go to one of the small canteens nearby that serves spicy biryani or meals on banana leaves. It is a tough, hardworking part of the city and we reflect that in how we run things. There is no polish here, just people getting their jobs done in a gritty environment. We do not mind the noise or the dust because it is just part of the daily life for us here.
