Gracs Projects Private Limited

Gracs Projects Private Limited is located over in Gachibowli. Specifically, we are at Villa No. 97 in Meenakshi Bamboos. It’s a nice enough place to work from, and it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We do various types of project work around Hyderabad. There’s about ten of us who handle the day-to-day operations. It's mostly about managing the labor and making sure the materials arrive. Sometimes it’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve gotten a rhythm down over the years. We aren't a massive firm that doesn't know its own workers' names. Here, everyone knows what everyone else is doing. If a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, we hear about it right away and go fix it. It's practical work. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of paper, and people coming in and out from different sites. The 500032 area has changed a lot since we moved in. There’s new buildings every month. We’ve had some tough projects where things didn't go as planned at first, but we figured it out. That’s just how it is when you’re building things. You can’t predict everything. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. Most of the time we succeed, and when we don't, we fix it.
