G.P.Naidu Developers Private Limited is located at Saleemnagar Colony in Malakpet. We are specifically in Flat No. 503 of the Gangasai Apartments, which is H No.16- in the 500036 area of Hyderabad. It is an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have been developing properties around Hyderabad for a while. Most of our mornings are spent drinking tea and going over the schedule for the week. Since we are based in Malakpet, we are right in the thick of a very busy part of the city. This makes getting around a bit of a challenge sometimes, but it also means we are close to many of our projects. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics to keep the business running and the records straight. Most of the action happens at the various building sites where we have teams working. We focus on the practical side of developing, like getting the right permissions and making sure the construction quality is not slipping. It is a lot of responsibility and sometimes it gets stressful, especially when deadlines are tight. But we have lived in Hyderabad long enough to know how to handle the local pace. We are not interested in being the biggest company, just in doing the work that is in front of us from our flat in Gangasai Apartments.
