Our office is located at 13-1-70/1 on the Kolan Lakshmi Nivas Motinagar Extension Road. It’s over in Babbuguda, which is a place that’s seen a lot of changes lately. GOLDEN HILLS CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a local outfit. We handle the basic stuff that goes into building—bricks, cement, and a lot of patience. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just focus on the projects we have right in front of us. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s usually got a bit of dust on the desks from the road work outside. Most days are spent checking on materials or talking to the workers about the next phase of a build. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy software for everything; sometimes a sketch on a piece of paper works just as well. It’s hot work, especially in the middle of the day, so we take our breaks when we can. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we see the same faces every morning at the gate. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the trucks arrive at the right time. There’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier to call back. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s needed to get the structures up and running in this part of town.
